Tape Collection from C31 Office
Dear Producers,
We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Over the holiday period, C31 has completed an audit of our tape shelf which is overflowing with tapes and DVDs.
The Programming Team requests one of the following from producers:
1. Producers come into the office and collect all their tapes
2. Producers send us a reply paid postage satchel which we can post your tapes back to you
3. Let us know if you are happy for us to dispose of your tapes
C31 does not have the storage space to store a large amount of tapes and DVDs in our office so please organise a routine in 2011 to have your tapes collected regularly (preferably every few weeks, so only a couple of tapes/DVDs from each show are kept in the office)
If the Programming Team has not heard from you by the 31st of January, 2011 – all tapes and DVDs will be disposed of.
Also, ensure all programs are submitted 1 episode per tape/DVD.
