At CBN, the future is bright, we would like to introduce new membership level effective from June 2010. CBN Membership Scheme (MS)
Terms and Conditions of Membership: The person name on this application wishes to be a member of the CBN Membership Scheme, entitling the member to the various benefits under that Scheme. Upon acceptance of membership, the member agrees: 1. To advise of any changes of details included in the membership application, including address, phone numbers, occupation, status as a full time working professional, registration update of NGO and Business Registraion or any changes to the members registered details. 2. CBN Inc may keep you informed about other products, services and offers which may be of interest to you. 3. If you do not wish these communications to made to you please notify CBN Sponsorship and Grants Committee via CambodianBroadcasting@Gmail.com . That CBN Membership is valid only while the member remains eligible for membership. 4. That CBN Inc may, at any time, make changes to the benefits and the terms and conditions of CBN Membership Scheme and that CBN Inc will take reasonable steps to notify current member of any changes. 5. The approval, rejection or cancellation of CBN Membership Scheme is at the sole discretion of CBN Inc. Each CBN member is bound by the terms and conditions. I have read and agree to the full terms and conditions as detailed in the CBN Membership Scheme documentation, and can confirm that all details are correct.
